Heather Silversmith, RD, LD/N

Heather Silversmith, RD, LD/N, is a nutritionist who brings passion to every session she is involved in. She has been working in the field of nutrition for over 25 years. She became a registered dietitian after completing her graduate work and AP4 program at Columbia University in NYC. Heather quickly became interested in nutrition related to eating disorders, a person’s thoughts and feelings about food, and other food disorders early in her career. She has since begun working with patients with substance abuse and OCD related to food. Heather enjoys the interaction between herself and the clients and helping to learn how to structure their intake better to be the healthiest person they can be.
